About

Starting as a performer, I found mentorship in Martin Charnin, the lyricist of Annie, who guided me towards a deep love for storytelling and the magic of theatre. I embraced training at Village Theatre’s Institute program, enriching my understanding of performance and theatre development. I also participated the Kidstage Originals Program, where a team of high school students assisted by experienced mentors write and produce a brand new musical. I wrote two musicals over four years, and it made me realize that writing for the arts is my true passion.

Transitioning from the theatre to the world of film and television, I embraced my creative calling at New York University. As a Dramatic Writing major, I honed my skills and dove into every form of scripted writing imaginable, gaining a wide breadth of understanding in the craft. In May of 2023, I graduated magna cum laude from the program while double minoring in Comedy Writing and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

During my time at NYU, I had the privilege of interning at Inner Child (Pod3 Productions), Debbie Liebling’s (South Park, PEN-15) company as well as serving as a development intern at Milojo, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ production company. Over the summer of 2022, I was able to join the DreamWorks Animation family as a TV Development and Current Series Intern as well as an Intern Ambassador.

I witnessed the Warner Bros. Discovery merger in real time, collaborating with the marketing team to craft a streaming service tailored for Gen Z. We were given the opportunity to synthesize interviewer feedback, prep executive briefings & market research to develop an innovative Gen Z target customer profile and SWOT analysis.

Now, as a recent graduate, I’m eagerly seeking professional opportunities in Los Angeles. I’m a proud participant in various mentorship programs, including Women in Animation (WIA) and the United Talent Agency (UTA) Externship, and am eager to connect with industry professionals and find my niche in the entertainment world.
